This hojicha is produced by carefully selecting fragrant "stems" deep in the mountains of Shizuoka, and applying original processing to the stems!
Hojicha also has a different taste depending on the tea leaves and production area.
What we value at our garden is "a fragrant scent" and "healing depth of sweetness".
We repeat the tasting many times every year, and the producers in the production area prepare many kinds of stem samples, and we even process them in our own way to create "Kongari"!
